I came to Hoover High School in 2003. While at Hoover, I have taught Active Physical Science, Physics, and AP Physics C. I have also been responsible for developing The Engineering Academy curriculum and have taught all four engineering electives.
Prior to joining the faculty at Hoover, I taught for 7 years at Homewood High School. During my time at Homewood, I taught Physical Science, Physics, AP Physics B, and two different engineering electives.
I was also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UAB for over a decade, teaching several different Electrical Circuits courses for undergraduate engineering students.
